Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of dispatch. If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at lowtideheartbreakclub@gmail.com and we will provide the returns address.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us
We recommend you return goods with a secure tracked service for your own protection
We strongly recommend you use a secure tracked and signed service if returning art
You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us
You must ensure any return is securing packaged

Refunds / Cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned order

Should you wish to cancel your order, contact us before dispatch and we will refund your payment. If you wish to cancel after the item(s) have been dispatched, please follow our returns process.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund or issue a partial refund if you have damaged the goods

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange please follow the return procedure and submit a new order

Exchanges are limited based of availability of stock

Most of our products are produced in micro runs or printed to order which may limit the possibility of an exchange
